- Richard Avery - Partner
- Richard's career spans almost 30 years in various financial management roles with small companies and Fortune 500 corporations. His background includes five years as an officer in captive insurance management companies with primary responsibility for accounting and regulatory compliance issues involving captives. Richard holds an MBA degree in International Management from Thunderbird, The American Graduate School of International Management, and is a CPA licensed in the state of Arizona.
- Cindy Avery - Partner
- Cindy is a tax paralegal with 20 years experience in law firms and small businesses, including eight years in the captive insurance industry. She has extensive experience in tax research, insurance underwriting, high-end estate and tax planning, offshore corporate formation and compliance, and domestic corporate formation and governance. Cindy earned a diploma in paralegal studies from the American Institute of Paralegal Studies.
- Mark Davidson - Director of Business Development
- Mark brings over thirteen years of successful business and corporate development to Montera. Prior to Montera, Mark worked as VP of Business Development for successful software company. During his time, he was able to build the company from a small startup to one of the premier technology companies within the industry. His experience also includes successfully working with executive teams of several Fortune 500 Companies as well and industry leaders. Mark has extensive training and experience in project management with a certification in Stanford’s Project and Portfolio Management Methodology. When ever possible, he enjoys conducting business at one of the many fantastic golf courses in Arizona. During his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children.
